Stick-slip of the drill string, as one of the critical factors affecting drilling efficiency, has always been a hot topic for experts and scholars in related fields. Serious stick-slip vibration affects the well construction efficiency, drilling cost and even lead to a downhole accident. Therefore, based on the current research, this paper takes a new type of composite vibration tool as the research object, studies the working mechanism of the tool and analyzes the effect of stick-slip reduction. After establishing the multi-degree-of-freedom torsional dynamics model, we obtained the results of torsional vibration dynamics by cases analysis based on working conditions and related mechanical parameters. In addition, the results of the examples, compared with the field experimental data, verify that the vibration shock generated by the new composite tool can effectively reduce the torque fluctuation range of the system, avoid the occurrence of stick-slip phenomenon, improve the ROP (rate of penetration), and make drilling process more stable. This paper can provide reference for the optimization and development of stick-slip technology in drilling engineering, and the theoretical methods can also be developed to study the dynamics of drill string.  相似文献

For the air feed in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), the wave‐like gas channel (GC) shows obvious advantages over the straight GC because the former enhances collision of secondary flow and diffusion in the gas diffusion layer (GDL). However, it is prone to water flooding, which brings greater pressure drop, larger pressure oscillation, and blocking of reaction area. In the present study, numerical models of the water dynamic processes, including water droplets emerging from micropores on the GDL surface and removing through the GC, are established based on the volume of fluid (VOF) method. Water coverage ratio and pressure drop are calculated to evaluate the water flooding. The effects of the dimensional parameters of wave‐like GC and contact angle of channel walls on the water accumulation are studied. The emergence and removal of liquid water is a quasiperiodic and oscillating process. Multicycle simulations show that channel pressure drop increases linearly with greater growth rate than channel length. The equilibrium position of water droplet is strongly dependent on the relative wettability of the GDL and bipolar plate (BPP) surfaces. And the geometric parameters of GC have a significant impact on the pressure, water removal behavior and detachment time. Smaller bent angle brings bigger pressure drop, and larger cycle length is helpful for relieving the oscillation of pressure.  相似文献

In this work, a reasonable strategy for the construction of Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composite was employed to promote the Li storage performances of Li2ZnTi3O8. The Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composites (5, 10, and 15 wt%) were then prepared by a solution dispersion method. The introduction of Na2WO4 does not change the structures of the samples and they show similar morphologies with particle sizes from 100 to 200 nm. Suitable amount of Na2WO4 modification effectively improves the electrochemical performance of Li2ZnTi3O8. Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composites (0, 5, 10, and 15 wt%) deliver the discharge/charge capacities of 137.4/136.4, 164.2/162.3, 189.2/188.1, and 154.5/153.3 mAh g?1 at 0.5 A g?1 after 100 cycles, respectively. Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composites (10 wt%) has the highest reversible capacities among all samples. The Na2WO4 shell with an excellent electronic conductivity can reduce electrode polarization, decrease the charge transfer resistance, enhance the Li-ion diffusion coefficient of Li2ZnTi3O8, and then improve the electrochemical kinetics of composites. In addition, the formation of Ti–O bonds at the interface can be helpful for the stabilization of the composite, being beneficial for the improvement of their cycling stabilities. These results reveal that Na2WO4 coating is a facile and effective strategy to promote the Li storage performance of Li2ZnTi3O8.  相似文献

Hexagonal rare-earth ferrites (h-RFeO3) have attracted much scientific attention due to their room-temperature multiferroicity. However, it is still a hard job to obtain h-RFeO3 bulk materials because of the meta-stability of such hexagonal phase, and the evaluation of room-temperature ferroelectric and magnetoelectric characteristics in such materials is also a challengeable issue. In the present work, Yb1−xInxFeO3 ceramics with the stable hexagonal structure were obtained by introducing chemical pressure, where the unique ferroelectric domain structures of sixfold vortex combined with tenfold vortex with a typical size of ~400 nm were determined. Symmetry of the present system evolved from centrosymmetric orthorhombic Pbnm (x = 0–0.4) to non-centrosymmetric hexagonal P63cm (x = 0.5 and 0.6) with a ferroelectric polarization up to 3.2 μC/cm2, and finally to centrosymmetric hexagonal P63/mmc (x = 0.7 and 0.8). The Curie point decreased monotonically from 723 K to a temperature below room temperature with increasing x, and the antiferromagnetic phase transition above room temperature was determined for all compositions. Meanwhile, a large linear magnetoelectric coefficient (αME) up to 0.96 mV/cm Oe was obtained at room temperature, and this indicated the great application potential for magnetoelectric devices.  相似文献

A high-throughput approach based on magnetron co-sputtering of alloy libraries is employed to inves-tigate mechanical properties of crystalline and amorphous alloys in a ternary palladium(Pd)-tungsten(W)-silicon(Si)system with the aim to reveal the difference in plastic deformation response and extract the relevant structure-property relationships of the alloys in the system.It was found that in contrast to crystalline alloys,the amorphous ones,i.e.,metallic glasses,exhibited a much smaller fluctuation range in the plasticity parameters(Er2/H and Wp/Wt),indicating a significant difference in the plastic deformation mechanism controlling the mechanical properties for the respective alloys.We propose that the inho-mogeneous deformation of amorphous alloys localized in thin shear bands is responsible for the weaker compositional dependence of both plasticity parameters,while dislocation gliding in crystalline materials is significantly more dependent on the exact structure,thus resulting in a larger scattering range.Based on the representative efficient cluster packing model,a set of composition-dependent atomic structural models is proposed to figure out the structure-property relationships of amorphous alloys in Pd-W-Si alloy system.  相似文献
